The Center for Quantum Nanoscience(QNS), an extramural research center of IBS (Institute for Basic Science), located in Ewha Womans University is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic HR assistant. · Name of Organization: Center for Quantum Nanoscience (Located in Ewha Univ.)
· Job Position: Junior HR role and visitor support role (Replacement for maternity leave)
· Contract Period: 2024. 06. 01~ 2025. 11. 31(1 year 6 months/ Renewable related to the internal agreement)
· Annual Salary: According to the internal regulation
· Contract type: Yearly renewal contract

2. Job responsibilities include
· Handle visa & inland hiring process for international members and visitors
· Communicate with visitors (international and Korean) to support their visit to QNS
· Be an on-call resource for international members and visitors
· Assist with HR reporting, staff development program and recruitment process
· Assist with contract & visa renewals
· Assist with tax settlement and employee annual review processes
· Teamwork with administrative team to support events, visitors, reporting, etc…
3. Qualifications
· Fully bilingual English/Korean
· Minimum bachelor’s degree
· Strong interest in human resources
· Understanding of organizational culture & demonstrated ability/desire to work with other cultures
· Self-starter with outstanding teamwork
· Trustworthy and confidential
· A good use of MS office, google suite and other software tools
